Dr. Rashmit Pandya is a Senior Interventional Cardiologist with over 28 years of experience in cardiology and a long-standing association with Apollo CVHF Heart Institute.
He holds an unusual academic distinction: he ranked first in Gujarat University in the DM Cardiology examination and was awarded the N.H. Patel Gold Medal and subsequently obtained the DNB in Cardiology in 2004, making him one of the rare DM candidates from Gujarat University also to hold the DNB qualification.
Dr. Pandya's published research spans coronary stenting outcomes, balloon mitral valvuloplasty, transcatheter PDA closure, and clinical cardiology in the Gujarati population, work carried out in collaboration with the founding consultant team at Apollo CVHF over two decades. He continues to bring his considerable experience to the centre's patient population.
